Position Overview –
The Summer Youth Leader provides Christ-centered leadership, mentorship, and programming for youth
in Grades 7–12 and young adults (up to 30 years of age). This role focuses on building relationships,
encouraging spiritual growth, and organizing meaningful activities that help youth deepen their faith and
connect within the church community. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong Christian foundation,
a genuine love for young people, and enthusiasm for planning creative, impactful events and outings.
